The last legislature has given homeowners more rights in foreclosure. The mediation process is part of that change and industry players are only now working out how that will fit with the changes that were also made to clarify the demands of the mediation process. What will this Homeowners' Bill of Rights mean? Could it stymie the housing recovery or simply put homeowners on a level playing field with mortgage owners?
