Big Money And Small Dealers Tackle Pot Dispensary Law

In early summer, the legislature passed a law that will license dispensaries for medical marijuana. But the first licenses won't be handed out until next year. That leaves police and the current, shadowy distribution network in limbo. And it also opens the doors for major political players and out-of-state businesses to flex their muscle in the new regulatory environment.
