Finally, Nevada Changes Rules For Psychiatric Patients

The state was recently embarrassed by an investigative series in the Sacramento Bee, which showed how the Rawson-Neal Hospital in Las Vegas resorted to Greyhound therapy - buying bus tickets for mental health patients and sending them home on a long-distance bus. Now, the state is instituting new policies for such patients, while still insisting that very few patients were mistreated.
