Gov. Brian Sandoval wants to expand full-day kindergarten to 46 more at-risk schools, on top of the 114 schools in Nevada that already offer all-day classes. Democrats in the legsilature want to go one better and expand full-day kindergarten to every school in the state. We'll talk about the costs and benefits of full-day kindergarten and whether it is the best way to improve our educational system.
