Construction cranes are coming back to Las Vegas Boulevard. Years after the building boom stalled, major construction is returning to the Strip in the form of Resorts World Las Vegas. While we wait for that, tourism on the Strip faces its own challenges. More than one thousand taxi drivers went on strike last weekend. And the sequester could cut air travel.
