Governor Sandoval Withholds Information On State Budgets

When state agencies submit budget requests to the states, it's public information. State agencies also sometimes submit wish list items know as "items for special consideration." Governor Brian Sandoval says those requests don't countas part of an agencies budget and don't have to be made public. That's raised some big questions among lawmakers who have speculated the governor may have broken the law. We'll talk with Las Vegas Sun reporter David McGrath Schwartz who has reported on the story and Review Journal Columnist Steve Sebelius about what the move by the Sandoval administration means.
