Is This The End Of The Inquest?

The coroner's inquests have been on hold since late 2010. But officer-involved shootings are down and the new district attorney, Steve Wolfson, is taking a more active role in investigating the police. So, do we need a public system? Or is it better to encourage accountability in the police department and prosecutor's office?
