Bikers Sue Police, Claiming Civil Rights Violations

Motorcyclists are claiming both the Metropolitan and North Las Vegas Police Departments have been harassing their members.  The Las Vegas Confederation of Clubs, an association of 37 biker groups, filed suit against the police.  They claim that cops have persuaded resorts to cancel bikers' events, and threatened to pull liquor licenses from bar owners if they didn't cancel.  So are police protecting the public?  Or are they harassing bikers and violating their civil rights?
