Paycheck Fairness Act: Do Women Get Equal Pay

In the 21st century, women are still paid less than men: 77 cents, on average, to every dollar for men.  Why is there still a wage gap?  Why did the Paycheck Fairness Act - which was intended to level the paycheck field - fail in the Senate?  And why did all the Republicans vote against it?  Are you a working woman, and are you being paid less than your male counterparts?  What's holding you back?  And what progress should (or shouldn't) we expect to see on Capitol Hill?  Share your story below.
