But the local tribe says the yellow smoke is causing health problems, from nose bleeds to asthma and heart disease. It wants the coal plant to regulate its emissions. But NV Energy, which oversees the plant, disagrees. The tribe recent held a protest walk, and the Environmental Protection Agency held a hearing last week. So what's going on with the coal plant?
