Will Tougher Regulations on Porn Production Lead to an Unsafe Industry?

The Los Angeles City Council recently voted on controversial regulations that could have a multi-million dollar affect on the porn industry.  The city approved new health regulations, that start March 5, that require all porn performers to use condoms.  Many in the industry are against it.  If these regulations become countywide will porn companies look for another city to film?  Would they really consider moving to Nevada?  Do Nevadans want that?  We look at health issues within the porn industry and the debate over whether condoms would hurt sales.
