Nevada Legislators Fail to Report Campaign Costs

Three Democratic legislators failed to report campaign costs related to living expenses last year. The Las Vegas Sun reports those legislators have not reported money used for rent and other living expenses and that Secretary of State, Ross Miller is looking into the matter. We discuss what lawmakers are required to disclose and what will happen if legislators violated campaign finance rules.
