State Senator Mo Denis Quits Job

State Senator Mo Denis, D-Las Vegas, decided to leave his job as a computer technician with the state's Public Utilities Commission in December. Denis says he made the decision on his own and not as a result of being sued by the conservative Nevada Policy Research Institute. NPRI filed suit in November claiming Denis and other state legislators violated the Nevada Constitution by holding public office while also being employed by the state. Sen. Mo Denis joins us to discuss why he left his job and if its time for a full time legislature.
