Are Medicinal Pot Users Banned from Buying Guns

A Nevada woman couldn't buy a gun since federal law prevents medical marijuana users from buying firearms.  Now she's suing the federal government to get that ban overturned.  It a clash of state and federal laws: state law allows her to be a medical marijuana card holder, but federal law says medical marijuana use is illegal and bans users from buying and owning guns.  So which law trumps?  And why do experts think we'll start seeing similar bans when it comes to housing, child custody, and jobs?
