What could become the second largest building in the world is coming to Arizona. The company EnviroMission is building a solar tower in La Paz County that will be roughly twice the size of the Empire State Building. The tower is a new technology that will use rising hot air to generate electricity. The tower's builders say this could generate one million megawatt hours of electricity. Is this project going to push Arizona ahead of Nevada in solar development? Will one of those towers come to the Silver State?
