Secretary of State, Ross Miller says it's time for a serious overhaul to Nevada's campaign finance and transparency law. He's introduced two bills that would change how candidates and PAC's report contributions. And his bill would also make all filings electronic so they are easier to access by the public. Ross Miller's attempts at reforming campaign laws in the past have failed, so will he get it done this time?
