Boxing Trauma Bill

When Z Gorres landed in the hospital after a boxing injury, his bills totaled nearly $600,000.  His health insurance only covered $50,000.  Now, new legislation is proposing to raise that amount to $200,000 and pool a pension fund for retired boxers' and MMA fighters' injuries.  Do all fighters need that coverage?  Who will pay for it?  And why is the Nevada State Athletic Commission calling it unrealistic?
