Does it still breathe? Does it still have legs? As Congress winds down the final days of the so-called "lame duck" session, we look at what legislation is getting attention, and what's dying on the vine.

Some Democrats and a few Republicans are still saying the compromise on taxes is not a done deal. And there are numerous other issues that will either die an inglorious death or finally make it through Congress in its waning days: The Dream Act, "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," and Sen. Harry Reid's plan to legalize online poker. We talk with reporters Karoun Demirjian and Jude Joffe-Block about what's happening and likely to happen in the final week(s) of the 111th Congress.
