Nevada Transmission Line

Construction starts soon on a new power transmission line that runs from Idaho to Nevada. Energy leaders predict this will open up many opportunities for renewable energy sources within the state. They also feel this could help many folks, especially those in southern Nevada to save more money on energy since most of it can come from renewable energy. What does this mean for Nevada's future? And how will construction of a transmission line affect residents and the environment?
