That's the universe set up in the book Dead Neon: Tales of Near-Future Las Vegas. The book is a compilation of short stories by local and national writers. Authors of the book participated in a panel discussion about the book during the Vegas Valley Book Festival. We talk with two authors and the editor about the world of "Dead Neon."
