The race for Nevada's Third Congressional District has been neck and neck for most of the election season. Will Dr. Joe Heck unseat first-term incumbent Dina Titus on the Republican wave or will the Congresswoman be able to persuade her constituents that health care and financial reform are good reasons to stay with her.
