Gambling on the Go

Got an itch to place a bet on your favorite team? Sports bettors with BlackBerrys in Nevada now have a way to do that from the comfort of their own homes, or cars or driving across the Hoover Dam if they please. Leroy's App, developed by Las Vegas based American Wagering uses GPS technology to let bettors make a bet from anywhere in the state Nevada with a push of a button on their BlackBerry handset. So how will it be regulated? And is putting a sports book into the pockets of anyone across the state a good idea? We talk with the creators of the app and gambling addiction experts about how this app might be a game changer and the psychology of gambling and technology.
