Poetry of World War One

The young men who came of age during World War One were dubbed "the lost generation." Some of them died in the trenches in France and those who survived came to see the the war as a cynical and deadly exercise of power by the older generation. Dr. Stephen Younger will be discussing the poetry of the World War One officers on Friday night at the Atomic Testing Museum.
