Hope at Home: What's Next

This week's continuing series, "Hope at Home: Facing the Foreclosure Crisis," we ask what's next. The Las Vegas economy has been in a recession for the past 18 months and some are saying it's time to "reboot" the valley's economy. The Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies at UNLV is hosting its 12th Annual Round Table discussion this week. The topic: "What's Happened? What's Next?" About 80 business leaders, academics and politicians will assess what's happened in Las Vegas in the past year and come up with solutions for further growth. Three participants give us their take:
Debra March, Executive Director of the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies and a Henderson City Councilwoman
John Restrepo, Principal of the Restrepo Consulting Group
John Vorsheck, Regional Manager of brokers Marcus and Millichap
