The role of U.S. Attorney for Nevada was embroiled in the scandal that saw seven U.S. attorneys fired by the Bush Administration. The current person in that position, Greg Brower, replaced Daniel Bogden, who was reportedly let go for not pursuing pornography cases as Bush Administration officials had sought.
