Happy Birthday

Imagine growing up without celebrating Thanksgiving, or even a more important day...your birthday. In fact, there are thousands of families in Las Vegas that say they can't afford to celebrate their children's birthday. It's so prevalent that one school holds massive birthday parties once a month for children. KNPR's Ky Plaskon reports.
