Yucca Rail

The Department of Energy held its fifth and final scoping meeting Monday before it will issue a draft Environmental Impact Statement on the rail corridor it hopes to use to ship nuclear waste to Yucca Mountain. The purpose is to gather public comment that could shape or even kill the rail project. KNPR's Ky Plaskon explains the role of those comments and some of the other agencies involved.
