Troy Wade is a Las Vegan who's been involved with the Nevada Test site since 1958 - as a Test Manager, also as assistant Secretary of Energy for Defense Programs in the Reagan Administration. Currently he is chairman of the Nevada Test Site Historical Foundation.
(Tomorrow, Lorelle Nelson presents a different perspective on the 10th anniversary of the last underground nuclear test at the site. She's the author of the book 'The Mushroom Cloud and the Downwinders.'
