For the second year Nevada is having issues with the online standardized tests taken by public school students and the state attorney general's office is calling it a breach of contract.
Last year Data Recognition Corporation accepted a $51.5 million dollar contract to develop, administer, score and report the standardized tests used in Nevada, but now 200,000 students are without their individual scores.
In a letter to Data recognition, the attorney general's office says the failed delivery damaged the Department of Education's mission.

Data Recognition President Susan Engeleiter said in an emailed statement that she disagrees with the complaints and that they are working on a formal response to the department's letter.
