The Nevada System of Higher Education has approved a new policy allowing the agency and its constituent schools to share personnel records.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the decision may have come in light of recent allegations levied against a UNLV employee.
Mallory Levins, a UNLV employee, said she reported a co-worker for masturbating while at work … she believed NSHE had the employee in question retire, but he was then re-hired by UNLV some months later.

The change in policy was proposed in September during a previous board meeting.
It passed yesterday unanimously.
