Cocktail of the month: Taryn's B*tchface

Sure, a cup of Earl Grey is great for cozying up on your divan, covered in afghans and cats and crosswords as you ponder the fog-shrouded winter countryside. But add some ice cubes and booze, and [transportive timewarp harp glissando] voilà, you’re chilling poolside with smoldering cabana boys. Bin 702’s Taryn’s B*tchface does that kind of magic. But this drink is much more than a mere sleight-of-hand booze bomb. The base, fig-infused vodka, is made in-house; the fruit’s earthy sweetness, brightened with tangerine juice, plays well with the notes of bergamot, making this adult iced tea — handsomely served in a tall glass — perfect for spring sipping on the patio.
