The Wellness, Redemption, and Rehabilitation Program (WRRP) is an incorporated public charity that provides case management, risk focus treatment, substance abuse counseling, violence counseling, trust building skills, assistance with attaining housing, education, and employment for ex-offenders. Whether we treat ex-offenders who have committed violent crime, to include those who have committed tier 1 or tier 2 offenses, or whether we treat ex-offenders who have committed property crime, the goal of WRRP is to make Clark County a safer place one client at a time.
WRRP is focused on enhancing community safety. We help ex-offenders change their moral values and behaviors of which will reduce victimization.

WRRP's website provides anonymous crime victims the ability to post how they were affected by crime so that this can be shared to ex-offenders in workshops. After ex-offenders complete workshops about the cost of crime to victims, themselves, and to their communities, these ex-offenders are allowed to post letters of apology and self-improvement reports on WRRP's website for anonymous crime victims to view. Ex-offenders who complete all workshops are given WRRP's certification of completion.
