The purpose of United Citizens Foundation, Inc. is to act responsibly and to be responsive to the needs of the community. We will be dedicated to helping individuals in need through whatever resources our organization has available. We will be working to establish programs to contribute to the needs of the community such as food drives, blood donation camps, homeless students drives, and educational seminars on various community related matters. We are currently working to develop a student mentorship program. As our organization grows we will continue developing new programs to serve the community and individuals in need living in our area.
United Citizens Foundation has 501(c)(3) exemption from the IRS. The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes, including for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as an exempt organization under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
The property of this corporation is irrevocably dedicated to charitable purposes and no part of the net income or assets of this corporation shall ever inure to the benefit of any director, officer or member thereof or to the benefit of any private person.
