Foreclosed Upon Pets helps animals

The non-proft Foreclosed Upon Pets works to find homes for animals that have been abandoned for economic reasons, such as their owners losing their home or job.

They show cats and dogs at Petco and Petsmart stores in Las Vegas and Henderson on the weekends, with location information on their website by Friday evening. The group is always looking for volunteers to help with those, as well as to provide foster homes. Donations of a variety of pet products also welcomed.
